I have an affinity to songs and poems....I'm inspired tonight by the series of Pacific storms heading for Southern California, the first of which is gracing my backyard right now. So...in the spirit of the rain, Active Rain, my ditty for the night. Obviously to the sing-song kiddy rhyme:
It's raining, it's pouring
But never is it boring,
At every turn, there's more to learn
And activity is soaring.
It's raining and storming
My buyers adore,
Look here, look there, look everywhere
The market now is warming.
It's raining, so cloudy
My sellers’ homes are tidy,
Because they know, they need to show,
Open houses are for Sunday.
So let it pour and rain some more,
It won't keep us out the door,
Real estate will just not wait,
It's at our very core.
