NATURAL SCENERY IN SOUTH TAMILNADU

Kanyakumari, a famed religious destination, is situated in the southernmost tip of India. This sea-side town is at the edge of the Indian Peninsula and is known as the meeting point of the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal. Till date, many reason has been encountered relating to its popularity. Devotees visit the place to genuflect before the Maiden Goddess- Devi Kanyakumari, philosophers ponder here to dig out the great philosophy of Swami Vivekananda, while beach lovers opt for paddling in the mighty sea and clicking the photographs of the glittering sunrise and sunset. Everything lies within its radius and above all the beach provides the best kind of vacation, ever, after.

Although the beach of Kanyakumari is not well-developed, yet tourist lure lies in visiting the rocky seafront and catching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The placid sea calls for the expert swimmers to sense out the freedom in water and collect the floating sea-shells, starfish and conch shells. Apart from this popular water-game, visitors can enjoy a beach walk in and around the laid out attractions.
