Kanyakumari Real Estate - Anit Promoters

REAL ESTATE TIPS

There are several ways to sell / buy your Property with the help of real estate agent. But you need to know about various steps before selling your Property.

  • Ø  People intending to buy a home in Spain may want to take heed of some advice offered by a firm of real estate experts.

  • Ø  Kanyakumari, Hot Properties has issued some guidance for those considering purchasing a property in the nation, particularly focusing on the Costa del Sol.

  • Ø  One of the first steps to take is to decide what sort of real estate asset you are interested in, with the company noting that requirements for investors and people looking to retire will be different.

  • Ø  Anyone planning to use their Kanyakumari property as a means of generating an income will need to ensure they choose a place that "can be let all year round, thus giving you a good return".

Stopping accidents in the home:  the ten tips,

  • Don't clear the rims of glasses with bare hands.

Instead of using your bare hands to wipe the rims of glasses      clean, use a pad or thick cloth.

  • Close cupboard doors.

How easy is it to walk into an open cupboard door in the kitchen, especially the ones above the bench top or sink? Sadly, walking into them can cause damage to faces and eyes especially if you hit a sharp corner. Sliding or roller doors are an alternative.
  • Always have the lights on.

Do not walk around your house in the dark.
  • Use plastic.

I have heard so many, many stories from other people who have cut their hands badly on glass.  Why? Because they are stored in a cupboard I have to reach up to. Dropping glass from that height could be disastrous.
  • Wear shoes, outside and in.

I feel fantastic with bare feet. In the past I've walked inside and out minus my shoes. Nowadays I have a "no bare feet outside" rule.
  • Avoid using inappropriate sharp implements.

It's so easy to grab the nearest implement to help you with a job. Ever tried to pick open a staple with a pair of scissors or a sharp knife? It can rebound and end up in your hands. Use the staple remover, it's usually much safer.
  • Add cold and hot water together.

If you have solar hot water heating, or an especially good hot water heater, do not switch on the hot tap on its own. Add cold and hot together until you can assess how hot the hot water is. Sometimes it's so hot, you can scald yourself. Stay safe.
  • Stand at the side of the shower.

When you are running the water for the shower stand at the side, until it is the right temperature. I know you can get cold doing that but it's probably safer.
  • Keep a steady pace.

I used to rush everywhere. Now I know that's how accidents can happen. Pace yourself so you're not late, then there will be no need to rush. If you are late know that rushing doesn't mean you'll get there sooner, because you're more likely to have an accident. This applies to driving the car too.
  • Have smoke alarms fitted.

Have a smoke alarm in every room. Have them especially in the kitchen and anywhere that people smoke, have a fire or light candles. People have died in house fires in our suburb because they left candles unattended. Avoid doing that.

Anit Promoters Real Estate - Kanyakumari

Real Estate Anit Promoters (Kanyakumari) – A humorous poem for Home buyers

I have an affinity to songs and poems....I'm inspired tonight by the series of Pacific storms heading for Southern California, the first of which is gracing my backyard right now. So...in the spirit of the rain, Active Rain, my ditty for the night. Obviously to the sing-song kiddie’s rhyme:

It's raining, it's pouring
But never is it boring,
At every turn, there's more to learn
And activity is soaring.
It's raining and storming
My buyers are adoring,
Look here, look there, look everywhere
The market now is warming.
It's raining, so cloudy
My sellers homes are tidy,
Because they know, they need to show,
Open houses are for Sunday.
So let it pour and rain some more,
It won't keep us out the door,
Real estate will just not wait,
It's at our very core.

Best Wishes

Benefits of Real Estate Investing

There are many benefits in real estate investing opposed to the other available benefits.  The first benefit of real estate investments is found when this market is looked on as a time line in comparison to the stock market. It is apparent that the real estate market has a growing line with no major fluctuations. On the other hand, the stock market has high points and valleys that range from quick highs to sudden drops throughout its history.  Although this market can be more profitable one has to worry about the various factors of risk that is found in this investment.  It is harder to look at the time lines in other forms of investing.

Many people ask, “Why is investing in real estate such a safe investment?”  The answer is as simple as it is complicated.  The quick answer is “God isn’t making any more of it” the more complicated answer is not so simple.  Real estate investments are full of benefits for the investor.  Along with these benefits some forms of risks are involved.  This article discusses with you different factors that can make these risks more avoidable.

               Real Estate Motivation

           As you go through life, remember this fact;
Your attitude will have the greatest impact.
Whatever you do, whoever you are,
It’s what you bring to the party that will make you a star.

It’s more important than education, skill or money,
          Circumstance or looks, whether you’re sad or your funny;
Whether you fail or succeed, it will see you through.
The way you look at life is the way life looks at you.

What’s remarkable is that each and every day
Regarding your attitude, only you have the say.
Say it loud; say it clear, with a meaningful voice,
Concerning your attitude, only you have the choice.

You can’t change the inevitable, you can’t change the past.
No matter how hard you try, most feelings don’t last.
          You start young and grow old, that you can’t re-arrange;
It’s your attitude; you have the power to change.

You can’t control what others will do.
You can’t control them and they can’t control you.
The control that you have, the control that you wield
Is the control of your attitude, that’s your only true shield?

              Property for sale in Tirunelveli

  Queries and Answers

Q :  I own a home in a co-op that consists of seven stand-alone units.  The co-op carries a blanket insurance policy that covers each structure, and each shareholder pays accordingly.  Two of the shareholders are now refusing to pay their portion and want to get their own insurance to cover their buildings. Can they do this?

A :  In a co-op, the lease or bylaws generally dictate what is the co-op’s responsibility regarding insurance and what is the shareholder’s responsibility, said Edward J. Mackoul, the president of Mackoul & Associates, an insurance broker in Island Park, N.Y.  Since the co-op is responsible for the structures it owns, he added, the co-op is generally responsible for having insurance for all of its structures. “There are a few problems I foresee,” Mr. Mackoul said. First, the co-op board may not allow it. Also, it may not be possible to find an insurance company to do what the shareholders want. And if they succeed, that risks leaving the co-op without sufficient coverage for all the buildings it owns. Finally, if the shareholders obtain their own coverage, it is possible that if a claim is filed, and the insurer discovers that it is the co-op’s responsibility to insure all its structures, the shareholder’s company may deny coverage.

Q : I want to buy a house, no credit history?

A : You need to save up a little money for a down payment. Get a credit card and use it. Pay it off monthly. It won't take that long to build up good credit, just pay everything on time, every time! You can look on the fannie mae Home path web site. They have deals for buyer’s crediting for closing costs. etc. Give yourself a year, if you have no credit whatsoever. Rent the cheapest place you can for the year and save everything you can. Good luck to you.

Q : What does it mean when you no longer have "vested interest" in a property?

A : vested is the root word in investment you no longer have a monetary interest in owning the property, which is why you sold it. If you did, it would be an investment. You should have signed deed papers for owning your new house, which would be in your name or with a co-signer.

ART & CRAFTS IN TAMILNADU, INDIA

The heart of Tamilaham, the home of the Tamils or Tamil Nadu, lies around and south of the curve of the Eastern Ghats as it goes to merge with the Western Ghats in the Nilgiris. Some of the oldest prehistoric settlements of India have been found in this area, which has also been the cradle of ancient arts and crafts and industries, a land of innumerable, incomparable temples.

The development of the region has been attested by several writers of olden times. Pliny the Younger of Rome and others have written of the Tamil country in the 1st and 2nd century AD as being a source of silk, fine muslin, ivory work and diamonds, rubies, pearls and tortoise shell. Even earlier, Kautilya (circa 300 BC) referred to pearls of the Taamraparni River in Pandyan country and cotton fabrics from Madurai and sandalwood carvings.
